Manage My Booking
You can manage you booking online using our Manage My Booking service, where you can:
- View your booking online
- Make payments and amend your future payment dates
- View and print travel documents & vouchers
- Make changes to your booking such as picking a new hotel, updating your contact details or requesting a full change to your booking including name changes
- Requesting and confirming booking cancellations.
- Update your API (Advanced Passenger Information)
- See instructions how to Check-in for your flight

To make a new booking
If you would like to speak to a member of our sales team, please call us, we will be happy to help.

Need assistance whilst you’re on holiday?
If your query relates to an issue with your hotel, please speak to your reception first to allow them to resolve any problems you may be experiencing.
If your query relates to pick up times for your transfer, please follow the instructions on your documents to reconfirm with your transfer supplier. You can download a copy of these using Manage My Booking.

After you have travelled
If you have any comments or wish to register a formal complaint, please provide full details of your complaint, your booking reference and any supporting evidence, so that we can begin an investigation.

Please note: We are an agent for our suppliers and may need to approach third parties for information before we can provide you with a full response. This can sometimes take up to 28 days.
