You will only receive your booking summary when all parts of your booking are confirmed. In most cases this is as soon as you make your booking, however this may take up to 48 hours in certain circumstances. Please always double check your inbox before asking us to send them again, as emails can sometimes land in the wrong folder in your inbox or your spam folder.
If for any reason you’ve not got access to emails and need a copy of your confirmation, you can get a copy of all your documents from Manage My Booking, on our website. You will need the lead passenger surname along with your LOV reference and please make sure you include the letters and the numbers when logging in, for example LOV445566.
