Why isn't my Ryanair password working when I try to log in?
Please note this information only applies to customers who booked before 20 January 2024. If you booked with us after this date, you can find out how to access your booking here.
If it’s your first time accessing your booking on the Ryanair website, you do not need to select ‘log in’ in order to access your booking with loveholidays.
Instead, on a desktop select ‘My bookings’ and then click on ‘Reservations’. You’ll then need to input the following details:
- Your reservation number (Airline reference): This is a unique reference that is used to retrieve your booking. It’s called an ‘Airline Ref’ and can be found in your booking documents on the loveholidays app or on Manage My Booking.
- Your full name: Enter the name of the lead passenger on the booking
Once you’ve entered your details, you will then be prompted to create a ‘myRyanair’ account which you will be able to use to access your booking going forward. Please use your allocated email address when creating a new account.
