Stop by the site of Ancient Corinth to spy both Greek and Roman ruins that will leave you in awe. Head east to Loutra Elenis for a dip in the Saronic Gulf before heading to stunning Nafplio to the south; you’re sure to pass ancient Nemea, the site of one of Hercules’ labours, on the way. For laid-back holidays to Peloponnese, make a beeline to the Messenian Gulf to either Koroni on the west side or Stoupa and Arepoli on the east side; all three are a short drive to Kalamata if need a bit of hustle and bustle on your Greek getaways.
