Any cancellations within 14 days of the departure date will be charged at 50% of the total invoice. Cancellations within 7 days of the departure date will be charged at 100% of the total invoice.
LOCATION: Indian Point features superior homes in a relatively new development, just 3 miles south of Highway 192 in Kissimmee. It is a quiet residential area built around a lake, yet it is only a 5 minutes drive to Highway 192 where there are many restaurants, stores and supermarkets, There is a Wal-Mart superstore just 5 minutes from Indian Point, and the nearest Supermarket, called Publix, is also just a 5 minute drive away. From Highway 192 Walt Disney World is just a 15 minute drive.
HOME TYPES: The development consist of a mix of the 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom superior homes, all have fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Other amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, linens, towels, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio and central air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom will have a double bed with an adjoining bathroom (bathtub/shower), whilst additional bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 twin beds with at least 1 shared bathroom. The living area also has a double sleeper sofa. Please note that as all homes are individually owned, therefore bedding type (i.e. Double bed, twins etc) cannot be guaranteed. Pool heating, cribs and highchairs can be prepaid in advance of arrival.
AMENITIES: Communal amenities in Lakes include tennis courts, basketball courts, an oversized community swimming pool and cabana, and a children’s play area. All of these facilities are available for guest to use while staying there.
